Key handling and alarm response

LSS are a professional alarm response company able to look after your property 24hrs a day. As nominated key holders for your alarm system we can respond day or night, 365 days a year. We will inspect the premises, liaise with the emergency services if necessary and only leave when the property has been secured and the alarm reset.

Combined with our Key holding service, our response service provides a physical presence at point of alarm activation. Our officer can also hold keys to premises & control alarm opening and closing if required. A safe & secure way to allow out of hours delivery with security vetted and fidelity bonded employees.

LSS has its own approved contractors if boarding up or any remedial working is required, unless the client prefers to use its own suppliers which can be agreed at the outset of the service. If necessary our officers will liaise with your nominated emergency contact and leave a full incident report recording his/her findings or actions taken.

This service can also be utilised for emergency call outs to let others in or take specific actions that maybe required. The service can also be used to allow other bona fide people entry to and from any location.

The officers will fully co-operate to support the emergency services at all times and if necessary attend Court proceedings that may prevail later.
